The format for the evening will include a short introductory talk on the study topic in the manual, Then small groups will nbe formed for discussion and application of the study material.

 

Overcoming Anger is based on the remarkable work of Dr. Les Carter and his publications on managing anger. Overcoming Anger will best suit individuals with the capacity to be self-aware, able to process and apply the skills taught in the study with the support of the small group members and facilitators.
